An Infrared Satellite records an image of Europe at night.The VIIRS (Visible Infrared Radiometer Imagem Suite), which was launched by NASA (american space agency) in 2012,detects light in a green wavelength to infrared and uses filtering techniques to observe signs of city, lights, fires and gases. Nasa/Reuters
